Rules

All participants must fill out the forms below.
After scheduling classes, both the tutor and tutee must notify each other 24 hours in advance if they must miss or reschedule a class. Failure to do so multiple times may result in discontinuation.

Tutee Application Form

To request a tutor, tutees must fill out this form.  Tutees who will be shown in the Youtube channel are also required to fill in a media release form that is emailed to [email protected].
